A limited number of tables are available for fannish groups to promote themselves and to sell memberships and club paraphernalia such as T-shirts and fanzines. If you would like to sell more than that please take a look at the Creators' Corner or Dealers Room.
Fan Table Hours: TBD
All people working at fan tables will need membership badges. This includes the person in charge and anyone sitting at the table. For Arisia 2024 everyone at the table is required to wear a mask and we strongly recommend being up to date on your COVID vaccines. Please see Arisia's COVID page for more details.
It would be best if you could staff your table during the core hours of Arisia.
Due to space constraints, we may request that you share a table with another fan group.
The deadline for Fan Table requests is December 15.
The application form is now open: www.arisia.org/FanTableSignup.
If this is your first time hosting a fan table, you might want to look at this advice for tables.
