Arisia 2026 Fan Tables
Location: Fan Tables will be located in the lobby near the escalators.
Hours (proposed, not finalized):
- Friday: 4pm to 7pm
- Saturday: 10am to 6pm
- Sunday: 10am to 6pm
- Monday: 10am to 2pm

- The Weatherman of Weather Is Happening
- The Heinlein Society Blood Drive, taking appointments for donations on the Sunday of the convention
- The Society of Creative Anachronism, Barony of Carolingia, a community fo research and re-creation of pre-seventeenth century skills, arts, combat and culture
- Boston Comic Arts Foundation, organizers of the Massachusetts Independent Comics Expo (MICE) and many other events
- Modern Enigma Society, a locally driven, regionally organized, nationally connected, welcoming and inclusive LARP
- Boskone, Boston’s premier general science fiction convention, February 13-15, 2026
- LACon V, the 2026 Worldcon in Anaheim, CA
- Montreal, the 2027 Worldcon location
- Brisbane in 2028 Worldcon bid
- Dublin in 2029 Worldcon bid
Fan Table Organizer Information
A limited number of tables are available for fannish groups to promote themselves and to sell memberships and club paraphernalia such as T-shirts and fanzines. If you would like to sell more than that please take a look at the Creators' Corner or Dealers Room.
All people working at fan tables will need membership badges. This includes the person in charge and anyone sitting at the table.
For Arisia 2026 everyone at the table is required to wear a mask and we strongly recommend being up to date on your COVID vaccines. Please see Arisia's COVID page for more details.
It would be best if you could staff your table during the core hours of Arisia.
Due to space constraints, we may request that you share a table with another fan group.
The deadline for Fan Table requests is December 15. We have closed the joint Dealers/Creators/Fan Tables application form, but if you'd like to have a fan table, please email dealers@arisia.org and we'll contact you directly.

Raffles
Any person or group wishing to hold a raffle (from a fan table or other location) must be licensed by the City of Cambridge.
